How it works
From your request to the delivery, your job runs in one conversation.
Open an account, describe the job, get a quote. This page explains what happens at each step and what you can expect from us.
Step by step
What happens, in order
Your account
You open the account yourself, for yourself or for a company or organisation. You confirm your email and set up two-step sign-in with an authenticator app or a passkey.
Your request
Each request is a conversation with its own number. You describe what you need and attach files if they help. You can ask for more than one job in the same request.
The quote
We ask what we need to know, then send a quote that reads like an invoice: each line with its price, the total, what is included and what is not, the payment terms, the delivery date and how long the quote is valid. Nothing starts until you approve it. If something new comes up during the work, it gets its own quote.
Payment
We request payment when the quote’s payment terms say so: at the start, in the middle or at the end of the work. A deposit is not required. The final payment is requested with the delivery and is due when you accept it. Payment requests appear in the same conversation.
Access to your cloud
When a job needs access, we ask for it in the conversation: which cloud, which level (Admin, Read-only or Billing read-only), until when and why. You grant it in your own account, and you can take it back at any time. If neither side closes it, it closes in our records seven days after the job is accepted and paid, and we show you how to remove the role from your account.
Delivery and acceptance
We deliver with a report of what was done. You have seven days to accept the delivery or tell us what is missing. Telling us stops the clock until we deliver again; if you say nothing for seven days, the delivery counts as accepted.
Rating
After acceptance we ask you to rate the work from one to five and add a comment. Ratings and comments are public. You decide whether we may mention you as a reference, with or without your name.
Cancelling a job
You can cancel a job at any stage. We ask for payment for the work already done and refund what you paid for work not done. Closing a request cancels the jobs still running in it.
Our emails
Our emails only tell you that something happened and link to your panel; they do not carry the content. You reply from your panel.
Open your account and write your first request.
We reply in the same conversation, first with our questions, then with a quote.
